Seller. Fan Passport 2026 (the "Service") is operated by WFC26 (the "Seller"). By creating an account or purchasing a passport, you are entering into an agreement with WFC26.
By creating an account or purchasing a passport, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Fan Passport 2026 is a digital collectible platform tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026. Passports are non-tangible digital items recorded against your account, displaying serial numbers, stamps and achievements that accumulate as the tournament progresses.
You must not (a) use the Service unlawfully, (b) attempt to defraud, spam, probe, scrape, or attack the Service, (c) infringe intellectual property rights, or (d) interfere with security. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, fraud, or repeated policy violations.
All software, designs, branding, stamp artwork and platform content are owned by the Seller or its licensors. Purchasing a passport grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to display and enjoy your collectible within the Service. You do not acquire any IP rights in the underlying artwork.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Passport purchases are processed by our reseller, Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Refund Policy. All payment, billing and tax mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. Collectible passports already minted remain visible in your account where reasonably possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant passport in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages (including loss of profit, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction, with exclusive venue in the Seller's courts unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
