We want you to love your passport. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Because passports are collectibles tied to the live FIFA World Cup 2026, refunds are not available once the tournament begins on June 11, 2026, even within the 30-day window. Stamps earned during the tournament cannot be returned. Please make sure you're committed before kickoff.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all transactions. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we'll forward the request.
Approved refunds return the full passport price. The corresponding passport is removed from your account, along with any stamps earned through it.
Limited-quantity editions follow the same 30-day, pre-tournament rule. If your Founder passport is refunded, that serial position is released back to the available pool.
