A Fan Passport is a numbered digital passport for one World Cup nation. Your serial number is yours forever — never reused, never reassigned.

Inside it, you collect stamps from matches your country plays. The more stamps you own, the higher your rarity score, the higher your ranking.

Every passport gets a permanent serial like ENG-00001 or ARG-00137.

Lower serials earn permanent rarity bonuses on every leaderboard. Once a serial is claimed, it is gone.

You cannot buy stamps directly. Stamps must first be unlocked.

When your country plays a match, stamps unlock for a limited time. You can purchase any stamp while its window is open. Once the window closes, that stamp is gone forever.

• Basic match stamps — $2 · 100 points
• Rare stamps — $5 · 400 points (first goal, clean sheet, etc.)
• Epic stamps — $10 · 1,000 points (knockout qualifications)
• Legendary stamps — $20+ · 3,000 points (semis, final, championship)

Every passport has a rarity score made up of:

• Purchased stamp points
• Serial number bonus (lower = more)
• Edition bonus (Founder, Elite, Champion)

There are two leaderboards: Country (the top fans of each nation) and Global (every collector worldwide). They update in real time.

If your country wins the World Cup, the #1 ranked collector on that country's leaderboard wins $1,500.

Requirements: own a passport for that country, have collected stamps, and finish #1 when the tournament ends.

Standard ($9.99) — the official passport, all access.

Founder ($19.99) — hard-capped at 100 per nation. Founder badge, Founder stamp, permanent designation.

Elite ($29.99) — unlocks the moment your country reaches the Quarter-Finals. Gold cover, Elite-only stamp collection, rarity boost.

Champion Gold — not purchasable. Elite passports for the winning country are automatically upgraded to Champion Gold when the trophy is lifted.
